Gestione Contrade S.r.l.s. develops and publishes multi-platform software that runs on Windows, macOS, iPadOS, iOS, Android and Linux (Omarchy). We build tools for owners, managers and small hotels — because for fifteen years we were the customer who couldn't find anything that fit.

What we refused

Every choice below is something the market took for granted and we decided not to do.

No servers of oursThe operator's data — bookings, guests, accounts — stays on the operator's device, encrypted with a key only they know. We don't see it. We couldn't.
No accountsNothing to sign up for, no password held by us, nothing to breach.
No analyticsNo tracking, no third-party SDKs, no usage or crash data sent to anyone.
No recurring feesThe software belongs to the operator, in high season and in low.
No mandatory connectionWorks offline. Purchases go through the official app stores, which handle payment; we never see card details.
No manualIf a manual is needed, the mistake is ours.
